Elite Drive – Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read through our key terms before your lesson.

1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your lesson will be charged in full, as we’re unable to fill the slot at short notice.
Please be advised that block bookings are not eligible for refunds.

2. Test Readiness
Before we can take you to your official driving test, you must successfully complete and pass two mock test with one of our Elite Drive instructors.
This ensures you’re confident, safe, and fully prepared for your test.
** Your instructor has the right to refuse you use of a company vehicle for your driving test if they feel you are not up to the required standard expected. Instructors decision is final **
Test day will be booked as a 3-hour slot which is payable in full.

3. Instructor or Vehicle Availability
Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule a lesson at short notice due to mechanical issues, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, we’ll rearrange your lesson as soon as possible — at no extra cost.

4. Punctuality
Please be on time for your lessons. We will wait 10 minutes; if no one shows, the full lesson will be payable, and the instructor will leave the pickup point.

5. Safety and Conduct
Always follow your instructor’s guidance during lessons — your safety is our top priority.
Elite Drive cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or road laws.
